The service
Craftbench lists the unfulfilled order line items in your Shopify store alongside the customisation properties buyers entered at checkout, and lets you mark each item as pending, in progress, or done.
Craftbench reads only Shopify's native line item properties. If your store collects customisation details through a third-party app that stores them in its own database, those details will not appear.
Subscription and billing
- US$19 per month
- A 7-day free trial, starting when you approve the subscription
- There is no free tier
Billing is handled entirely by Shopify and appears on your Shopify invoice. Craftbench never sees or stores your payment details.
Cancelling
Uninstalling Craftbench from your store cancels the subscription. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancelling during the trial costs nothing.
Acceptable use
Use Craftbench for your own store's production work. Do not attempt to access other merchants' data, disrupt the service, or resell access to it.
Availability
Craftbench is provided as is, without guarantees of uninterrupted availability. It depends on Shopify's APIs; if those are unavailable or change, parts of the app may stop working until it is updated. Shopify is the system of record for your orders, and Craftbench is a view onto them, so an outage does not put your order data at risk.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, liability for any claim relating to Craftbench is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the three months before the claim arose. Craftbench is not liable for lost profits or for production decisions made from information shown in the app. Always confirm against the order in Shopify if something looks wrong.
Data
What the app reads, stores, and deletes is described in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
Changes
These terms may change. The updated version will be published on this page with a new date at the top. Continuing to use Craftbench after a change means accepting the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan.
